To troubleshoot HAProxy ALOHA, you use the DiagTools tab to run diagnostic tools from the user interface.

Certain tools can take on options. These options are described in the command line to run. If an option name is followed by an asterisk *, it is not mandatory.
Use the ping tool of the form above with two options: one optional, one mandatory.
option #1: source IP to use.
Optional, since HAProxy ALOHA automatically uses the best IP for the destination
option #2: destination IP to reach
option #3: not used
Layer 7 information
The Layer 7 information reports on Haproxy status and counters related to running process.

This tool collects information from HAProxy ALOHA and may be requested by the support team for troubleshooting.
No critical information is exported (no TLS certificates or keys).
